9 inspiring podcasts to boost your mood

The best mood-boosting podcasts to inspire you daily

Inspiring podcasts have become such a viral thing nowadays. You can easily put your headphones and get lost in the world of amusement. I’m a huge fan of inspirational podcasts whether they’re business oriented or for a peaceful life. There’s a huge variety of podcasts and as they’re super famous now, it’s so difficult to choose the best ones.

I remember scrolling different articles and reading their reviews on famous podcasts, I dearly wished to have a list of something thoughtful and inspiring. Thus, I made this beautiful list of inspiring podcasts to save you from the struggle.

I normally add listening to these podcasts in my morning and evening schedule and currently, I’ve been binge-listening to a couple of blogging podcasts as I really am trying hard to grow my blog.

So, in the morning, while I do my exercise or yoga, I play some mindful podcasts while in the evening, I switch on to some entrepreneurship and business-related talks.

It’s so much fun to hear different stories from all over the world and get inspired. I really wished we had this option of listening to these amazing podcasts back when I was in college, the commute would have become less boring!!

What are podcasts and why I love binge-listening them?

Podcasts are actually the audio files that you can listen to on various apps like Sticher or Spotify. There’s a huge variety of podcasts available ranging from inspirational to cook shows to business.

It has literally everything for everyone. I recently discovered a few podcasts even for kids!! The study shows that people are getting more into listening pods and audiobooks rather than reading. ( though I don’t believe there’s any alternative to reading)

However, due to this trend of starting your own podcast, it has become difficult to stick to a few of my favorites. I struggled to find the best ones and I’m a bit choosy about it. I don’t like listening long pods that run for a few hours. ( C’mon we are not listening to a movie show here!!)

Thus, I hand-picked these beautiful, inspirational podcasts that will cheer you up when you’re feeling low and unmotivated. Let’s admit this, all days are not the same and we do get some really bad mental health days.

This list will help you get back on track and be mindful. The main reason I love binge-listening these podcasts is because of their value. Though these pods are free and you can listen on any app ( I use Castbox), the speakers provide unbelievable value through these talks.

So without boring you further with my talks, let’s get started with the best list of inspirational podcasts that you should listen to.

10. Unlocking us by Brene Brown

Do we even need any description for the podcast run by Brene Brown?

This is my favorite podcast because I so love Brene’s ideology and thoughts for vulnerability and shame. I have read her books and watched her Netflix show. She is so amazing.

‘I’ve spent over 20 years studying the emotions and experiences that bring meaning and purpose to our lives, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned it’s this: We are hardwired for connection, and connecting requires courage, vulnerability, and conversation. I want this to be a podcast that’s real, unpolished, honest, and reflects both the magic and the messiness of what it means to be human’- says the author.
